Network Engineer

William is currently a lead engineer at Communication Resources, and a key member of our client support team. His time here has allowed him to learn, develop, and excel in many skills that he proceeds to use every day. In his free time, William enjoys learning a variety of new skills. He continues to learn everything that he can and isn’t afraid to find new ways to do tasks. 


At the end of the day, he enjoys his time with his dog.

Courtney Rose

Courtney has previously led several teams in prior jobs to success while reaching new, bigger goals. She has also helped start new systems in different workplaces and shared the knowledge. She has adapted new ideas into her work as well. She has proved to be a hard worker and a fast learner.
She is expanding her computer networking knowledge. Her time here has helped her learn and develop her career. Courtney is a Colorado Native and grew up in a small town in Eastern Colorado. In her free time, she enjoys being with her family, including her dogs and cats. She can also be found working on cars. She is also a big foodie. She loves trying new recipes.

Demonstrated success in building and leading teams focused on creation, implementation, and maintenance of a comprehensive Information Security Program for large complex organization. Provided leadership over cross-functional organizations for the development and implementation of new security initiatives as well as ongoing maintenance of existing security technologies and processes. Managed a highly motivated team supporting the administrative and technical aspects of information security and disaster recovery.

Dwayne Mars

Network Engineer

Dwayne Mars is a Network Engineer and cable technician at Communication Resources, Inc.

Dwayne was contracted with CRI for several months before his hire, providing network installation, configuration, and wireless solutions.
Dwayne has worked in the industry since 2006 and has acquired MCSA and CCNA certifications to complement his Computer Science Degree from Andrews University. He has worked at Miracle Meadows School, 1 Star Networks and Sterling Group Technologies LLC to name a few.
Dwayne moved to Colorado in late 2016, he loves the mountains but is yet to brave any hike or climb of reputation.

Charlie Caldwell

Network Engineer

Charlie has 20 years of experience in telecommunications and 10 years in structured cabling.  He is BICSI certified, and has experience in many forms of fiber optic cabling and splicing.

Charlie is an Air Force veteran, and he is currently pursuing a career path of VOIP and project management.

In Charlie’s off time, he likes to exercise, read, and do improvisational theatre.
